    En este trabajo exploro el vínculo entre literatura y filosofía en la obra El fin del Mundo y un Despiadado País de las Maravillas del escritor japonés Haruki Murakami. Concretamente, me concentro en reconstruir la naturaleza de la conciencia y el concepto de identidad que es posible encontrar en su obra. A continuación, reconstruyo cuáles son las implicancias conceptuales principales para la filosofía de la mente y la filosofía moral contemporáneas. Abstract In this paper I explore the link between literature and philosophy in the book Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World of Japanese writer Haruki Murakami. Specifically, I focus on rebuilding the nature of consciousness and the concept of identity that can be found in his work. Then, what are the conceptual implications that can be found in his work in relation to philosophy of mind and contemporary moral philosophy.

    Introducción: En la relación médico-paciente, es el médico quien determina el tipo de relación y los beneficios que pueda tener para el paciente. Esto es posible cuando los médicos son delicados, amorosos, comprensivos y dan esperanza a la hora de comunicar un diagnóstico independiente de la gravedad de la enfermedad. Si se expresa con frialdad, el pronóstico se ensombrece porque la persona pierde fuerzas para enfrentar el momento que está viviendo y el diagnóstico se convierte en una sentencia. Es más letal lo que se dice y cómo se dice, que la misma enfermedad. Objetivos: Tener claro como médicos o profesionales de la salud que sólo son instrumentos de una ciencia y no generadores de salud. Empoderar al paciente de su capacidad autosanadora a través la toma de conciencia, sobre su mente como instrumento y no como ordenador. Conclusiones: La enfermedad física o mental es el resultado de todo lo que la mente procesa a partir de las relaciones con familiares, los amigos y el mundo exterior; por tanto no se puede enfocar un diagnóstico y su tratamiento sólo apoyados en el resultado de las ayudas diagnósticas; es importante explorar el estado emocional y mental del enfermo. La esperanza, el propósito y la determinación no son simples estados mentales, tienen conexiones electroquímicas que desempeñan un papel importante en el funcionamiento del sistema inmunitario. Introduction: In the relation between doctor and patient is the doctor who determines the type of relation and the benefits that they could offer to the patient. This is possible only when the doctors are gentle, delicate, loving, comprehensive and give hope at the time of communicating a diagnosis, without concerning of the gravity of the disease. If the diagnosis is expressed with coldness, the patient will lose their forces to face the moment that is living and the diagnosis will become a sentence. Give patients the autohealling power by letting them know that their mind is an instrument and not. Conclusions: The physical or mental disease is the result of everything that the mind processes from the relations with relatives, the friends and the outer world, that’s why it is not possible to focuse a diagnosis and its treatment only supported in the result of the diagnostic aid, it is also important to explore the emotional and mental status of the patient.
