El diseño de un plan estratégico en sistemas de información en el Servicio de Odontología del Centro de Salud de Siloé, Cali. This paper discuss the application of the methodology of Business System Planning for Strategical Alignment (BSP/ SA) to identify corporate strategies and to support elements for designing a strategic plan in information system and permanent technology computer. This was developed in a dental program in a Health Center in a community of Cali. This tool facilitates to understand processes within the public health services like the dental unit and creates exists to help decision making.
